So many people when they hear the word BootCamp think of something much too strenuous for them to even consider joining. Sandi has developed an outdoor fitness program which is both invigorating and fun. Take advantage of training in the "fresh air". This BootCamp is designed to accommodate all fitness levels and advance you from there. You will also enjoy meeting and being bonded with new friends motivating you to keep on training.
You will challenge your strengths and overcome your weaknesses with this training program. It starts out with a fun warm up routine and continues with a variety of function moves with balls, badminton rackets, etc. Agility training is involved as well as strength training and cardiovascular. At the end is a kool cool down to wind down those muscles.
